We got smacked with another cease and desist.

This time it's Mini Me's attorney. Evidently Verne Troyer is NOT the person who sent TMZ his sex tape. An easy mistake for me to make, you must admit.

Troyer and his "people" went to court on Friday to get an injuction against GaySocialites.com, TMZ.com and other websites for airing clips and publishing photos of Verne's sex tape with his then live-in girlfriend, Renae Schrider.

Again, I didn't watch it.

The judge issued a temporary restraining order against TMZ and promoter Kevin Blatt, who was responsible for the distribution of Paris Hilton’s sex tape ‘One Night in Paris.’ SugarDVD is also prohibited from selling or distributing the video.

I don't know about you, but I have no desire to see Troyer's mini-me! I can also avoid ever seeing Renae Schrider involved in any sex act!

And the world lets out a collective sigh or relief.
