Heather Locklear has probably settled in to her new temporary diggs at a treatment facility in Arizona. The actress evidently checked into the facility this week.

Locklear's publicist released the following statement:

"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression... She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

Heather just divorced Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. They have one daughter together. Locklear is reportedly dating former "Melrose Place" co-star Jack Wagner.

In March, the EMT's were called to Locklear's home when her reps feared she might try to kill herself.
