Amy Winehouse slugged one of her fans over the weekend while performing at Glastonbury, and the fan says he is glad it happened.

The story goes like this: Someone in the crowd threw a hat at Amy's beehive, and she hit the wrong person.

The victim, James Gostelow, says he is happy he got punched by the British Hot Mess.

"At the end of the day it is all part of being at the front and being pushed by thousands of people," he told the Sun.

"It is all part of the Glastonbury experience. I'm just pleased I got to see her. She did a great act. Not everyone can say they have been hit by Amy Winehouse. I just want to shake the hand of the person who threw the hat."

The smallest things make some people so happy!
