Tonya Harding makes the talk show rounds to push new book

Tonya Harding is still milking her decade of fame. No - we're not talking about adding commentary to chat shows, Harding wrote a book and now she's working the talk show scene to unload it.
Titled, "Tonya's Tapes," Harding's new book talks about the Nancy Carrigan scandal, being abused during childhood, contemplating suicide, having a gun placed to her head and getting raped.
The book is a compilation of interviews with author Lynda D. Prouse conducted over eight years.
"So many people do not have a voice and they should be heard," Harding told The Associated Press on Thursday. "I wanted people to see me and know me and I wanted to help other people not go through the things I've gone through."
Tonya hasn't had the easiest life, but the troubled skater has somehow managed to bounce back.
"Life is a roller coaster, and sometimes they throw in a loop-de-loop," she said. "You have to hang on."
Harding is also dishing out advice on making it every day.
"Talk to somebody; it does make it easier," she said. "Just reach out. ... I look forward to tomorrow and the next day. I'm thrilled to be out here and I feel that way every day."
