Nick Hogan expected to enter plea on Friday. Judge will determine his future.

Nick Hogan is expected to enter a plea on Friday in his wreckless driving case that put his friend and passenger John Graziano in a coma and seriously injured.
The Hulkster's son is evidently going to enter an open plea even though a deal hasn't been reached. That means the judge will make the call on whether or not Hogan will go to prison and if so, for how long.
Nick has a bad love for speed. This isn't the first time he's smashed a car and accused of drag racing.
What do you think? Should Nick Hogan go to prison for the maximum sentence of 5 years or should he get off this time?
