That's Nick Bollea Hogan's new mug shot. I was shocked to find out they took him away to start his sentence immediately.

I'll give him one thing, that's a GREAT mugshot... but I digress.

As we told you earlier, Nick got eight months in jail along with 500 hours community service and lot of other restrictions including having to do a good deed every month and not being allowed to drink for the next three years.

Nick is only 17 years old, but he'll be locked up with the rest of the adult inmates at Pinellas County Jail in Florida. TMZ is reporting that he'll be the only juvenile behind bars even though there are 56 others awaiting trial including some accused of violent crimes.

If you ask me, Nick got hit a little hard for a kid. Can you imagine being locked up at 17?! Eight months in jail a several hundred hours of community service still puts Nick in a better place than his friend and passenger John Graziano who will require a life time of aide after the accident.
