Former gay governor of New Jersey Jim McGreevey and his estranged wife Dina Matos-McGreevey have evidently reached an agreement in the custody hearing over their daughter Jacqueline, but due to a court gag order no one knows what the agreement is!

Both Jim and Dina left the court room smiling, but both parties wanted different outcomes. He wanted to split custody. She wanted full custody giving him visitation rights.

The McGreeveys will be back in court on Monday to try and hammer out the rest of their messy divorce. Dina is also suing for fraud saying she didn't know McGreevey was gay when they got married.
