Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea sentenced to 8 months in jail
BREAKING NEWS

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea is headed to jail for eight months.
In addition to 8 months in the Pinellas County Jail, Nick was also sentenced to five years probation and 500 hours of community service. The judge also suspended Bollea's driver's license for three years, and mandated that he attend DUI school and advanced defensive driving school.
Nick was driving his father's sports car when he crashed and seriously injured his friend John Graziano, who was not wearing a seat belt and now requires a lifetime of care.
Bollea entered a 'no contest' plea at Friday's hearing.
Several of John's friends including his father Edward Graziano and sister Christin Carson read statements on his behalf before the court. Mr. Graziano said Nick never wanted to be at the hospital when he was visiting John saying his behavior demonstrated that with claims that Bollea shot dark guns at the hospital and rode his skateboard up and down the hallways.
Hulk Hogan took the stand on behalf of his son Nick saying that John Graziano was like a son or a brother to his family. The Hulkster also said he's noticed a change in his son over the past 8 months since the accident.
Nick Bollea remained calm and said that he really missed his best friend. He apologized to the victim's family and said that John Graziano was like a big brother to him. Brooke Hogan cried on the stand and spoke of "both of her brothers, John and Nick."
