Jason Preston is either dilusional, or Marc Jacobs is trying to hide their relationship.

Preston recently "confided" in HX Magazine saying that no matter what’s being written, he and Jacobs are still dating and happy.

Does that mean Jason wants us to think they never broke up? What about all of the romps with Austin A?

A source close to Marc tell us it isn't true anyway.

"[March Jacobs] DENIED that they are back together," our source says.
