Just the other day, I was thinking that gay education in high school has come a long way. Stories like this prove me wrong.

Evidently a Memphis, Tenn. high school wanted to cut down on public displays of affection, so the principal Daphne Beasley asked the staff to compile a list of students at Hollis F. Price Middle College High School known for their PDA.

On that list were two gay students, evidently the principal outted the students to their parents saying that she did not like gays and found it hard to deal with homosexuality.

Now, the American Civil Liberties Union plans to sue.

The ACLU says the list was an invasion of privacy, civil liberties and put these young men at a risk of discrimination.
