Lindsay Lohan was spotted this weekend running around with old buddy Samantha Ronson. Lohan evidently fell off the wagon sipping Grey Goose and Red Bull while smoking like a freight train, but it doesn't end there.

According to the NY Post, Lindsay was overheard flipping out after getting jealous of Ronson:

"Ashley Olsen said hello to Sam at the Beatrice, and Lindsay screamed at her, 'Get your 15-year-old Full House ass away from my girlfriend.'"

Gawker.com is also reporting that Lohan has set-up a new face book under the same Lindsay Ronson.

Could it be legit? You know how Lindsay gets when she falls off the wagon.
