Was someone waving a rifle outside Kate Hudson's apartment?
It is somewhat true.
Some young men were arrested on Tuesday in New York City after someone called the cops saying they were pointing a gun at Kate Hudson's apartment window.
The thing is... they were film students, had no idea Hudson lived there and were carrying a plastic gun.
The guys were arrested and remained in custody Wednesday afternoon. Kate is, of course, unharmed.
