Sam Horrigan hints that he may have been acting on "Beauty and the Geek"

Former "Beauty and the Geek" contestant Sam Horrigan may have just confirmed something we suspected last year when season 4 originally aired.

"Is Beauty and the Geek's first male beauty a phony," I asked after discovering that Horrigan was actually a child actor appearing on the sitcoms "Grace Under Fire" and "Grounded for Life."

Then and now, I wonder how we can trust that "Beauty and the Geek" isn't a bit more scripted than the producer want us to think.

On Sunday, MTV aired the season of "Beauty and the Geek" featuring Sam Horrigan. Sam, who loves the free publicity, posted this bulletin on MySpace.

I know the grammar is horrible, but you get the point.

And, by the way, if that is the best acting that Horrigan can do... he might want to stick his new career of party promoting.

Now, I can't help but wonder if the show's executive producer Ashton Kutcher really punk'd us by making us believe that "Beauty and the Geek" is really a reality show.
