Kathy Lee Gifford is returning to daytime TV

Kathie Lee Gifford is back! Gifford announced on Monday that she will return to day time TV as a host of NBC's "Today."
Gifford, a former co-star of "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" will head back to work next Monday. Kathie Lee will join Hoda Kotb as the host of the fourth our of "Today."
"Today" show co-anchors Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieria and Ann Curry welcome Kathie Lee back to TV talk.
Gifford, who left Regis Philbin and "Live" in 2000, joked that the timing of her TV return "couldn't be worse" in certain ways: "I'm eight years older, 10 pounds heavier, a half-inch shorter, and just in time for HD television."
Here's how the new "Today" show rundown will work: Meredith, Matt, Ann and Al Roker will continue to host the first two hours of the show between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Ann and Al will be joined by Natalie Morales from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. before Kathie Lee and Hoda take over at 10 a.m.
That's a lot of "Today" show, if you ask me!
