Hillary Clinton makes appearance on Saturday Night Live (+video)

SNL gave Hillary Clinton the chance to show off a different side of herself this week by opening the show with the infamous "Live from New York It's Saturday Night..." tag line.

After the show opened with a skit mocking MSNBC's most recent Democratic debate pointing out that the media loves Barack Obama and often gives him special treatment over Clinton.

It portrayed NBC anchors Brian Williams and Tim Russert asking Clinton's character, tough questions while serving softballs to Obama.

Following the sketch Amy Poehler, who plays the New York Senator on SNL, joined Hillary for an 'editorial response.' It was hilarious!

Watch the video here:

Last week, Poehler and guest host Tina Fey, publicly endorsed Clinton saying "Bitch is the new black." If you haven't seen that video, click here for a good laugh.

Clinton was back on the campaign trail preparing for the next big primaries in Texas, Ohio and Rhode Island on Tuesday.
