That's allegedly Lindsay Lohan giving her ex-boyfriend Calum Best. The grainy cell phone picture is supposedly a portion of a sex tape that Best recorded on his phone.

The person who released this photo says that Calum has been trying to sell the sex tape taken when he and Lindsay were together. Best evidently emailed the images to his friends who circulated them around like a game.

I'll keep my eyes out for the alleged Lindsay Lohan sex tape... if it really exists.
