The political tides have officially turned in New York. The man who vowed to become the strong hand of the law has been hiring hookers.

No one would have ever suspected that the good ole' bad boy from New York would be an ethical mess.

Who knew that Governor Eliot Spitzer was hiring hookers?!

The place where Gov. Spitzer got his 'hired help' was high end! Spitz paid upward of $4,000 to the Emperor's Club VIP for a hooker named "Kristen". A call was tapped, and the rest is history.

According to a federal complaint released on Monday evening, Spitzer's tab included train tickets (round-trip between New York and DC), cab fare from the hotel and back, mini bar or room service, travel time, and hotel accommodations.

Emperor's Club VIP only handles high-end hookers. They are believed to have been taking money through wire transfers and bank deposits in exchange for girls like "Kristen," an American, petite, very pretty brunette, 5 feet 5 inches, 105 pound young lady.
