Crazy actress Bai Ling has been charged with petty theft according to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office.

"(She) was charged based on an arrest that occurred Feb. 13 at LAX where she stole two Star magazines and a package of batteries," spokesman Frank Mateljan said.

Bai Ling's sticky fingers raked up a bill of $16.22. She faces a maximum penalty of a $250. That makes those batteries and magazines pretty experience.

Total value of the items -- $16.22. Charging that amount is a felony in 14 states.

Bai Ling's arraignment is set for Wednesday.
