As we have been reporting, another attorney has chimed in on the Britney Spears case. The thing is, something seems fishy about him.

Jon Eardley filed papers in New York City asking that Britney's conservatory case be moved from Los Angeles so that Spears could be represented more fairly. Eardley claims that Britney spoke with him over the phone and asked him to help restore her freedom.

"I want my life back; I want to be able to drive my car; I want to be able to live in my house by myself. I want to say who is going to be my security guard. I want to see who I want to see at any time and make it happen," Eardley claims Spears told him over the phone.

How in the world would this Jon Eardley get involved? Well, as it turns out. He shares a publicist with Sam Lutfi. Britney is not supposed to have any communication with Sam as per a restraining order instituted by her conservatorship. It looks like Lutfi found a loop hole.

For now, Britney seems much more normal than usual and under the care of her father Jamie Spears.
