Are Hollywood nightclubs finally bringing the hammer down on under-aged celebs who party in their joint?

It sure seems that way. In this video, Rumer Willis is allowed access to Villa before being bounced after management scolded the door person who already knew that Willis isn't 21-years-old.

Wasn't that awesome?! Rumer, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, is becoming more famous for her partying that her 'acting' career.

This is one way to put a stop to that! Hats off to Villa. I don't think I would want Rumer Willis partying in my club even if she was old enough!
