Judge refuses to move Britney Spears case to feds

britneycaseridiculous.jpg

A federal judge shot down a request on Wednesday to move Britney Spears' conservatory case out of LA district court.

The judge called attorney Jon Eardley's request "ridiculous" saying the case would not be moved to federal court.

In court papers, lawyers claim Britney was in no position to even hire a lawyer for the federal case because she's not allowed to under the conservatorship order, according to TMZ.

Many, including myself, suspect that Sam Lutfi, who the Spears family has tried to keep away from Britney, is behind the filings.

Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, remains in control and the case will stay in LA.
