Despite reports that Lindsay Lohan has found a new beau named Jeremy Green, the up-and-coming artist says he and the "Mean Girls" star are just friends.

Evidently Green was invited into the Lohan loop by Lindsay's mom, Dina, who wanted Jeremy to be involved in her reality show. Through Dina, Green says he met Lindsay and they hit it off instantly.

Jeremy also says he and Lindsay have hung out in New York since they first met in December, but when asked whether or not he would date Lohan, Green said:

“Lindsay is a good person who means well, and I love her family dearly." He added: "But sometimes she has a habit of losing touch with reality - and I’m not one of those typical guys who have tried to take advantage of her.”

Jeremy said Lindsay has set him up in romantic enviroments but insists: “I’m a gentleman and I’m not just gonna hook up with anyone like that.”

Lindsay has turned into a big ole man eater! I guess it is better than drugs and booze, huh?!
