Good day for Britney Spears in court: new attorney and possible visitation rights

The day in court isn't over yet for Britney Spears, but it looks like it is going to be a good day for her when all is said and done.
Already this morning, Stacy Phillips stepped in to represent the conservatorship over Britney's estate which is currently under her father Jamie Spears' control.
Additionally, as we told you earlier today, Britney may get visitation with her kids as well. TMZ is reporting that both parties are currently trying to reach an agreement, but are far off. It may not even happen today.
