Gary Busey busted on the Oscar Red Carpet to make Ryan Seacrest a little nervous on Sunday night.

As Seacrest was interviewing Jennifer Garner, Busey came up and screamed "Ryan Seacrest, I've been looking for you..." When Ryan asked Gary what he had done, Busey replied with "it's what you haven't done."

After Busey awkwardly greeted everyone, he decided to suck on Jennifer Garner's neck. She looked totally offended. Seacrest was sweating bullets! He tried to act really busy, but it didn't work so well.

I guess Gary is back off the wagon.
