Eddie Murphy wed film producer Tracey Edmonds in a ceremony on New Year's Day.

The small wedding among friends and family took place on a private island off Bora Bora, ringing in the new year.

It is the second marriage for each Murphy and Edmunds who started their romance last year as Eddie argued over whether or not he was Melanie Brown's baby daddy.

Murphy was married for 13 years to model and actress Nicole Mitchell Murphy. They had five children before divorcing in 2006.
