The paparazzi are camped out at Britney Spears' house, as usual, and evidently they have just caught what could lead to the next Britney breakdown.

Evidently Britney pulled up to her mansion in a car with friend and 'manager' Sam Lutfi when she jumped out crying. Spears didn't talk to the photogs about the fight, but it seemed to be something major.

Adnan Ghalib, Britney's personal parapazzi boyfriend, is also all wrapped up in the drama. He says Spears called and asked him to come over and pick her up. By the time Super Adnan had wisked his way over to Britney's, she was no where to be found. The guards wouldn't even let Adnan in. Evidently those were Sam's strict orders! Ghalib says he has tried calling Brit-Brit's many phones, but the fallen pop star isn't answering any of them.

Are we going to get to see another stretcher/ hellicopter situation tonight?! You never can tell with Britney Spears.

This big fight between Sam and Britney comes as Barbara Walters revealed on the View this morning that Lutfi called her to say Britney was getting treatment for mental problems.Wow! The drama is still unfolding. We'll keep you posted. Can you tell we have nothing better to do??

Update 1: The LAPD has evidently been called to Britney's house to contain the paparazzi frenzy.

Update 2: The cops have cleared out the photos, and Britney bailed with another paparazzi - NOT ADNAN! Juicy!
