Britney Spears has evidently been released from the psych ward at the Los Angeles hospital where she was undergoing treatment following her mental breakdown on Thursday.

The Insider is reporting that Spears exited through an underground tunnel on Saturday morning to prevent a paparazzi freenzy.

Before being released, the Insider says Britney met with Dr. Phil and went about her way.

The hospital says there was no reason to keep Spears any longer.
