In what seemed like a VERY overly dramatic mood, frontman of the Aussie band Silverchair, Daniel Johns, set the record about his sexuality straight this weekend.

While performing at Melbourne's Big Day Out, a bleach blonde Johns said, that despite rumours, he isn't a homosexual.

"I'm not fucking gay," he told the 45,000 strong crowd as he played with the lace garter he was on stage.

Rumors about Daniel's sexuality have been swirling since he and Natalie Imbruglia called off their relationship.

At the time of their split, Johns and Imbruglia blamed schedule restraints on the break-up.
