Late night talk shows returning in January

With or without their writers, all of the major late night shows will return January 2nd with all new shows.
On Tuesday, Jimmy Kimmel joined David Letterman, Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien on the list of late night funny men who will put their shows back on the air for the sake of their non-writing staffs.
"Though it makes me sick to do so without my writers, there are more than a hundred people whose financial well-being depends on our show," Kimmel said in a statement.
Kimmel, Letterman, Leno and O'Brien all walked off the job when the Writers Guild began their strike on November 7th. When talks still hadn't budged nearly a month the later, the talk show hosts realized they had to do what they had to do.
