Congratulations to one of our favorite bitchy news ladies, Nancy Grace, who gave birth to twins on Sunday.

Nancy and her husband David Linch welcomed a boy and girl, Lucy Elizabeth and John David, during a premature birth over the weekend.

According to Nancy's rep, John David weighed 5 lbs, 1 oz. at birth and Lucy Elizabeth weighed 2 lbs, 15 oz.

"The babies are doing fine. Our little girl is doing just as well as her brother despite her weight – and mom is doing great," Linch tells PEOPLE.

Grace developed a pulmonary edema during the pregnancy which involves swelling and/or fluid in the lungs.

No word yet on how Nancy and the babies are doing Monday.
