Magician David Copperfield is evidently under investigation, but few people know why.

The Associated Press is reporting that Copperfield's warehouse in Las Vegas that he often called the International Museum & Library of the Conjuring Arts was raided by investigators.

"I can say that there was investigative activity yesterday and yesterday evening in Las Vegas," Seattle FBI Special Agent Robbie Burroughs told The AP.

Investigators say the investigation is related to a case in Seattle.

Copperfield's Las Vegas attorney, David Chesnoff, confirmed only that David had been contacted by investigators, but he didn't say much more.

"We understand there is an investigation, are in touch with the investigators, and are respecting the confidentiality of the investigation," he said.

I have one question though, if David Copperfield is a magician can't he just make all of his problems disappear?
