Could herpes be Paris Hilton's medical excuse?

A judge sent Paris Hilton back to jail less than 24 hours after the LA Sheriff released her.  Now, rumors are flying about what medical problem led to Ms. Hilton being released early. 

Abovethelaw.com has a source who says it was a major outbreak of herpes!

My friend's brother (who works with [Sheriff Lee] Baca's assistant sheriffs) told me that Paris was released due to a severe, "stress-induced" herpes outbreak. He also said that he heard that the blisters had apparently spread to her anus and had taken on abcess-like features that required more serious medical attention. Thus, after taking into account jail overcrowding, the increasing liability that Paris presents, and Paris's lesions, all things weighed in favor of her being put on home confinement.

Previous reports show that Paris was suffering from mental problems, but nothing has been confirmed.

Paris will be spending the weekend in the medical ward at the jail this weekend.  Maybe that will give her a chance to relieve some stress or get some creme for the itch.

What I find hilarious is that people are so concerned about a "celebretaunt" having to go to jail for her crimes, when there are so many more obvious injustices in this country, not limited to the legal system.

In Cincinnati, there's a have a woman who assisted in the murder of a 4 year old Autistic child. She was given immunity for telling prosecutors information, yet she was the person who disposed of this baby's remains. She, along with her boyfriend and his wife, duct taped this boys mouth shut, tied him up and left him in a closet to die, while they went away for the weekend. THAT is an injustice.

There's also that Jeni Lee Dinkel, the wife of a former Cincinnati Bengal player, who is also a famous Hollywood makeup artist, who just plead guilty to raping and sodomizing a 15 year old boy, yet will serve no jail time, in exchange for her plea. THAT is an injustice.

I just find it sad that our society cares about idiot "celebs", yet dont pay attention to any other crimes. Sort of like how more people vote for those American Idol idiots (aka "contestants") vs in a Presidential election.

Dont get me wrong, I love celebrity gossip as much as the next person, but I just find this attention to be ridiculous.

This is gay. She should serve her time in jail, just like anyone else. It can't be impossible to treat herpes in jail. Hell, as a celeb she could probably get her own doctor in the jail to treat her. No reason she has to sit at home.

Shame on you! She was not sentenced as if she were anybody else, nobody in LA goes to jail over traffic. She didn't do any harm to anybody, we agree she's kind of annoying, but do you really think stories like this one is you at your most charming?
